• Most items are not pre-made and are produced after your order is placed

• Once a drop ends, items may not restock

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

3. Products

We sell clothing items including hoodies, shirts, and women’s tank tops for now.
All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice.

We strive to display product colors and designs accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact color matching due to screen differences.

4. Orders & Payments

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

• Limit quantities per customer

• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information when placing an order.

5. Pre-Order Policy

By purchasing a pre-order item:

• You understand that processing and production times may take longer than standard shipping

• Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed

• Delays may occur due to production, demand, or supply issues

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers updated.

6. 1-of-1 & Custom Orders

Geëked offers exclusive 1-of-1 pieces and custom items through direct contact.

For these orders:

• All sales are final

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted

• Design details must be confirmed before payment

• All Request are not accepted.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the limited and pre-order nature of our products:

• All sales are final

We only offer replacements or solutions if:

• You receive the wrong item

• Your item arrives damaged

• Your item is lost 

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photos required).

8. Shipping

We are not responsible for:

• Shipping delays caused by carriers

• Lost or stolen packages after shipment is confirmed delivered

Make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content associated with Geëked are the property of the brand and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use our brand or products for illegal purposes

• Attempt fraud or chargeback abuse

• Copy or resell designs as your own

11. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks.

If a chargeback is filed without valid reason:

• You may be banned from future purchases

• We reserve the right to dispute the claim with all necessary evidence

Geëked is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
